As an investor with Northside Mortgage Investment Corporation (NMIC) you are able to invest both registered and non-registered funds. The shares held with NMIC are qualified investments governed by registered retirement savings plans (RRSP), deferred profit sharing plans and registered retirement income funds. If you are interested in investing using your registered funds we require you to open an account with Olympia Trust Company. Upon completion of the account opening the securities will be purchased and ready for you to invest. All the accounts at Olympia are self-directed and managed by the original investor.
